The Natürlich mountain oasis spans approx. 220 m² and is located at the most beautiful spot of the hotel; namely the highest point with an incredibly stunning view of the winter region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in Tyrol.

A lot has happened since the merging of the ski-areas Fiss-Ladis and Serfaus in 1999. Modern chairlifts and cable cars were built, the range of skiable slopes was expanded, snow cannons were built, fun parks were opened, restaurants and cosy alpine cabins were built, children's paradises and playgrounds were created, feel-good stops in the whole region were built.

Als Skilehrer in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis versuchten wir immer einen ungezwungenen, persönlichen und lockeren Umgang mit Gästen zu pflegen. Dies wollen wir auch in unserem Hotel leben und mit unseren Mitarbeitern zusammen eine ehrliche und natürliche Atmosphäre kreieren.
Ein Hotel zu bauen und zu beginnen passiert nicht in einer Nacht. Gedanken und Visionen waren schon sehr lange in unseren Köpfen. Der Wille war da um ein Haus zu kreieren das eine gewisse, einzigartige Atmosphäre austrahlen soll. Ein Hotel dass seine Gäste in eine warme, kuschelige Decke hüllt und gleich nach dem Eintreten das Gefühl, das ist das Richtige für mich, vermittelt. Das Gefühl, die Emotion im Sinne von:“Hier will ich bleiben, hier werde ich mich natürlich fühlen!“
