General questions for your vacation at the Hotel Natürlich in Fiss, Tyrol

YES – You will receive the guest card at the hotel or you can buy the ski pass directly at the hotel. At the guest card price.

You will receive an information e-mail approx. 2-3 weeks before arrival and you can use this e-mail to reserve your ski passes at the hotel.

This saves you waiting time and makes check-in significantly faster. Make the effort – it’s worth it for you!

The guest card offers no further advantages.

NO – There is no classic half board at the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price. You can book dinner every day with breakfast – there are themed evenings and a small à la carte menu.

The piste leading to the valley station is only about 150 meters away. An access from the road to the piste leads to a platter lift. Take this lift up and then ski down to the valley station – ski school and sports stores.

In good snow conditions (usually between mid-December and the beginning of March), it is possible to ski directly from the hotel to the Waldbahn. The Waldbahn is an external feeder to the ski area which is mainly used for day guests. This avoids any waiting times at the main valley station.

From the piste back to the hotel it is always 150 meters via the access mentioned above.
A direct descent to the hotel is not possible – so “no zero meter ski-in and ski-out”.

There is a free ski depot in the hotel – each room has its own ski locker with boot drying facilities. There is no depot at the valley station. A ski depot can be booked directly at the valley station.

YES – dogs are welcome at the hotel. We have several dog-friendly rooms/suites. The cost is € 13 per night without food.

We also have many pet-free rooms/suites so that we can offer allergy sufferers the option of booking a pet-free room.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a fitness room. We offer our guests a great wellness area with breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains. Relax here!

We are happy to provide you with cribs, highchairs, step raisers, baby bathtubs and changing mats.

Unfortunately, we do not have any baby carriages. You can hire these in the region.

Questions about booking, cancellation conditions and cancellation insurance

Cancellation conditions – Natürlich. Hotel with Charakter, Fiss.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival, you’ll get back your deposit, minus a € 25,- administrative charge per booking.

Cancellation up to 1 month prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 40 % of the total amount.

Cancellation up to 1 week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 70 % of the total amount.

Cancellation less than one week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 90 % of the total amount.

In case of a delayed arrival or earlier departure, regardless of the reason, the room is charged for the entire reserved time.

The hotel has plenty of parking spaces.Outdoor parking is free, the garage costs €5 per night.There are several charging stations for electric cars (type 2, max. 11 kW).

Payments can be made by cash (3% discount on the hotel price when paying the entire bill – this also includes local taxes, consumptions, ski passes, etc.), EC card, Mastercard and Visa or by bank transfer (in advance).

Earlier arrivals? Please let us know your arrival time by e-mail and we will try to make your room ready for occupancy earlier. Please note that we cannot guarantee this.

You can arrive in any case to enjoy the first day of your vacation right away. You can park your car, store your luggage and get changed. You can also get your ski passes or the Super.Sommer.Card at reception.

Arrivals after 10 p.m.? Please let us know so that we can prepare the check-in for you. It is possible to check in at the hotel 24 hours a day. (self-check-in)

Late check-out: This is only possible by arrangement on site.

Unfortunately, we do not have a transfer service from the train station or airport.

Transfers are possible via the local cab companies. It is often worth comparing prices and booking in advance.
It also makes sense to book a return trip. Discounts.
