Some of the measures mentioned are already implemented as standard. Due to the current situation, these are listed again for reassurance and a feeling of security.

Public areas (Closing hour until 05.02.2022 --> 11 p.m.) such as reception, lounge, staircases, bar, corridors, elevator, play room, wellness, etc. are disinfected at regular intervals. Disinfection sprays are also available here. So everyone can feel safe.

Your room will be disinfected for you before you move in - especially the areas that are touched. Door handles, remote control, sink, shower, toilet and shelves. During your stay, the different cleaning cloths (surfaces, sanitary, mop and disinfection) are only used for one room at a time (this is standard).

Breakfast and menu selection:
1. Our employees are advised to work with gloves or to disinfect their hands, keep distance and to avoid large crowds/partys throughout the winter season or to remain in the close circle of friends.
2. Disinfection options are available for hands in the dining room so that the buffet is safely accessible to you. Children up to the age of 11 are not allowed to go to the breakfast buffet alone - they should be served or supported by their parents.
3. There will also be enough space in the dining room. The seats are assigned according to occupancy so that we can keep the distances - if there is a large crowd in the dining room, we can also create seats in the hotel bar (approx. 20 - 30 additional seats).
4. Breakfast is available from 7.30 a.m. and due to the proximity to the slopes (150m) and the ski school meeting points, which can be reached very quickly and easily, there is enough time to experience the morning stress-free. (Skilocker at the hotel)
5. The dining room will also be open all winter if the bar / lounge does not have enough space for a social gathering.

Cablecar mainstation and crowds in the morning: In good snow conditions, the Waldbahn can be reached directly from the hotel. The waldbahn is an external feeder to the ski area (outside the village) - so it is possible to avoid crowds in the morning, as there are significantly fewer people at the waldbahn.

Ski passes and room cards: are disinfected after they are taken back.

Doors: Doors that can be left open if possible remain open all day so that the door handles do not have to be used. "Hands-free door openers" are installed for the other doors in the public areas. At the lift you are advised to use the buttons with your elbow.

Of course, we will support your immune system again with healthy dishes. We also believe that nothing stands in the way of a wonderful winter holiday in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, apart from a few minor restrictions. Our 36 rooms with balconies / terrace, roof terrace, dining room, bar, lounge, play room, playground, large panoramic sun terrace with lawn offer enough space for about 100 guests / friends of the hotel. Nobody has to hide or feel restricted.
