Payments: Accepted payment methods: Cash payment (3 % discount on cash payment of the entire invoice), debit card, MasterCard and Visa or by bank transfer in advance.  

Terms of cancellation:
If measures (Covid19) are required again for the winterseason 2022/2023, the cancellation conditions will be adjusted - this adjustment will then also apply to existing bookings.

Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival, you'll get back your deposit, minus a € 25,- administrative charge per booking. Cancellation up to 1 month prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 40 % of the total amount. Cancellation up to 1 week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 70 % of the total amount. Cancellation less than one week prior to your arrival, there is a cancellation fee of  90 % of the total amount. In case of a delayed arrival or earlier departure, regardless of the reason, the room is charged for the entire reserved time.

Booking conditions:To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of EUR 200,00 per room by EU standard transfer. On receipt of the deposit, the booking becomes binding. We recommend to take out a travel cancellation and travel interruption insurance!
