The adjacent building is accessible from the underground car park.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed. There is also a small kitchen with a dining table, a lot of storage space, a shower and a toilet. The children's room is large enough for three kids and is equipped with a flatscreen. The kids also have their own bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The suites 'Familyhappiness' are located on the ground floor at the adjacent building of the hotel. The suites have a separate entrance. Since there is no road or path nearby, it is very quiet.
